SHIN FITNESS provides monthly membership–based personal training only.
We do not offer single sessions or short-term programs, because real body transformation
requires consistency, structure, and time.
Body transformation is a marathon, not a sprint.
That is why I support not only your training sessions,
but also your daily habits, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
Especially if you have just arrived in Australia, this is often the best timing to reset your environment from scratch and build the right habits from day one.
Important: SHIN FITNESS supports members only.
Short-term or one-off training often ends before real change becomes consistent.
For that reason, I only work with clients committed to long-term results.
Why don’t you offer single sessions?
Because in most cases, one-off sessions finish before habits and body changes become consistent. I only offer a service model designed for long-term results.
Is training once a week enough?
Results depend heavily on what you do outside the session. That is why members receive continuous AI-based support between sessions.
How long should I continue?
It varies by individual, but many people see clear changes after 3–6 months or longer. Consistency is the key.
Where are you based?
Gold Coast, Australia – mainly around Carrara.
Sessions can be held at a gym, park, or beach depending on your goal.
