Why don’t you offer single sessions?

Because one-off sessions often finish before habits and body changes become consistent. This program is designed for long-term results.

Is one session per week enough?

The weekly session is only one part of the program. Your food choices, steps, sleep, and daily actions between sessions matter a lot.

Can I use normal supermarket foods?

Yes. Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, local Asian groceries, and regular food options are enough for most people when used correctly.

Do I need supplements?

No. Supplements are optional. Food comes first. Supplements are only discussed when they suit your goal and lifestyle.
